She is survived by: her nephew Richard "Dick" Buenger (Robyn); her niece Joni Marie (Forrest); her great-nieces, Jessi Mast (Drew), Terry Leonard and Brooklyn West-Escobar (Claudio); her nephews, Jason, Ben, Tom Leonard and Mark Wildig; and her grandson Justin Buenger.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home (1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514). A rosary was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1108 S Main St, Elkhart, IN 46516).
