She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilia Gontaruk and Barbara Gontaruk (Huzak); her husband Eugene Werbiansky; and her siblings, Helen Jarowyi, Katherine Dwojak and William Gontaruk.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bennett (Gregory) of Goshen, Martha Werbiansky (Gregory Holtz) of Bloomington, Andrew Werbiansky (Mary Jo) of Mokena and Matthew Werbiansky of Elkhart. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
