We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Wayne Slater of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Edgerton, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton L. Slater and Lewellen Slater (Davis); his wife Martha C. Ott; and his sister Marian L. Haase. He is survived by: his children, Linda Neely (Stanley) of Elkhart, Susan Hunt of Elkhart, Lynn Rush of Elkhart and Michael Slater (Desiree) of Elkhart; and his brother Howard Slater (Janet) of Shipshewana, IN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Elkhart County Humane Society or the Second Chance Small Dog Rescue of Elkhart.
