He was predeceased by: his parents, Yuan-Mo Chu and Fan Tung Chu. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his brothers, Gen Sen Chu (Dorothy) of Cromwell and Mien-Sen Chu (Chen-Hua) of Glenview, Illinois.; Wei-Sen and Amy.
