He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert D. Wine and Thelma Wine (Rude); his siblings, Larry Wine and Pam Keeley; his sons, Robert Kent Wine and Thomas Allen Wine; and his great grandchild William Kent Berkey.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Garver; his daughters, Judi Miller (Larry), Jodi Beaver (Aaron), Catherine Holdread (Eric) and Carrie Conder (Keith); and his sister Diane Yoder (Tony). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
