He is survived by: his former wife Gail Banks (Young) of Elkhart; his daughters, Chelsea of Elkhart, Chloee of Elkhart and Ashley Banks of Elkhart; his siblings, Bobby Banks and Shiela Andrews (Mike) of Bremen; his grandchildren, Tyler, Addyson Guzman, Nathan, Aiverie and Gabriel Banks; his mother-in-law Imogene Young of Mesa, AZ; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
