We announce the death of William Mann Jr. of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 96. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. and Althea (Craig); his daughter Charlene Fraser; and his wife Jane M. Wiegner. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Janis E. Stevens (Earl) of Lansing, MI, Susan K. Russell of Mason, MI, Karen Reay (Ian) of Bishop Auckland, UK, Monica Stegeman (Mark) of Grand Rapids, MI and Melonie Gruda of Muncie; his sister Delores "Dee" Stemm (Paul) of Elkhart; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Stemm (Lois), Pat Stemm (Marianne) and Kathy Wingard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
