He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith; his daughter Lori Arisman (David) of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Aylah, Grace, Caleb, Brinley and Skyley; his sisters, Karen Andrews (Charles) of Raleigh, NC and Gwen Turk of Elkhart, IN.; Michael Sawyer (Shana) of Kokomo, IN.
