He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Candice D. Shockley; his mother Naomi Anne Clayton; his sisters, Kyria A. Smith and Patricia D. Shockley; his father William E. Shockley Sr.; and his siblings, John C. Shockley and Sarah E. Shockley. He was also cherished by his daughter, siblings, nieces and nephews as well as his friends.
