He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Williams (Millsaps); his children, Tosha Bailey, Latrecia Moore (Larry), Donisha Williams and Willie J. Williams II; his stepchildren, DeAnthony Grays, Davontea Millsaps and Corieon Owens; and his siblings, Calvin Furlough (Ruth), James Williams (Lula), Melvin Williams, John Williams, Curtis Williams (Paula Hawkins), Diane Williams, Annette Johnson (Joseph), Rose "Jackie" Marshall (Eddie) and Rosie Williams. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
