It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Baugh of Ellettsville, Indiana, born in Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Franklin Shields and Elizabeth Shields (Livingston); her son Richard A. Baugh; and her sister Debra DeFord. She is survived by : her daughter Lycia Eads of Ellettsville; her grandchildren, Jacob Eads (Courtney Hutchison), Erika Eads (Dustin Davis) and Christopher Barnett; her great grandchildren, Ryker Hutchison and Taylynn Eads; and her sisters, Connie Phelan and Julia Kean. She is also survived by several nieces; nephews and cousins.
