It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. Carter of Ellettsville, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert J. Carter and Mildred E. Carter (Fuel). He is survived by : his wife Mildred "Millie" Carter (Crouch); his children, Robert "Bob" Carter (Ruth) and Robbin Elden (Doug); his grandchildren, Robert W., Mary, Laura, Jill (Elden Rorem) and Deborah (Elden DeFrancesco); and his great grandchildren, Hazel, Dash, Molly and Dylan.
