She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Catherine Foor, Ellis "Bud" and Alberta Buttler; and her sister Kelley Jo Foor.
She is survived by: her parents, Karen K. Stout (Eldridge) of Elwood and John Foor, Jr. of Swayzee; her children, Alexis Dulworth of Kokomo and Nathan Dulworth (Aliyan) of Elwood; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Spencer and Ambrose Dulworth; her sister April Clark (Tom) of Tipton; her nephew Caleb Clark (Kylie); and her niece Jess Parker (Benny McCorkle). She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Copher-Fesler-May funeral home to help offset unexpected funeral costs.
