She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Downey and Margaret Downey (Hutcheson); her daughter Lisa Austgen; and her siblings, William "Bill" Downey, Jr., Terry Downey and Patty LaShure (Bob).
She is survived by: her son Michael W. "Mike" Stover (Billie) of Fairmount; her son-in-law Tom Austgen (Stacy) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Bethany Ferguson (Anthony), Cassie Michner (Jeff), Ryan Austgen (Jodi), Jamie Eccles, Madison Stover, Kaycee Stover, Ethan Austgen (Ryleigh), Russ Berglund and Riana Berglund; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Carter, Brian, Mason, Haislee, Jackson, River, Huntsleigh, Dallas, Everly and Michner; her sister Brenda Giselbach of Fort Wayne; and her sister-in-law Nancy Downey of Geneva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family members and friends.
