He is survived by : his sister Debra Smith (Jim Derrickson) of Elwood; his cousin Gene Bradburn; his nieces and nephews, Mathew Leffert, Curtis McClish, Chlesea Walker (Tyler), Shawnna Derrickson and Lawrence Call; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madelyn Smith, Chloe Smith, Lilly McClish and Theo Walker; and his friends, Doug Conwell of Elwood and Mike Johns of Elwood.
