Larry left this world on January 2, 2026 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Denton and Thelma Denton (Reichart); and his sister Tina Davis. He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Denton of Elwood; his children, Tracy Denton of Tennessee, Melissa Kistler (Lennie) of Ohio, Beverly Parker of Colorado, Seth Bickel and Wes Bickel; his grandchildren, Emily Dillinger (Justin), Olivia McElroy (Clinton), Lily MacCachran, Troy Denton (Rae Jean) and Cory Denton (Erika); and his nephew Chris Davis (Loretta). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
