She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Faulkner and Maxine M. Faulkner (Foster); her husband James M. Milligan; her son Kurt J. Arnold; and her sister Linda Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Angie M. Arnold of Florida and Jimmy E. Wingate of Anderson; her grandchildren, James Walker of Missouri, Cyrstin Walker of Florida, Chelsey Matolcsy (Adam) of Jonesboro and Elijah Parsons of Indianapolis; her siblings, Diana Stansberry, Shari, Lisa, Jeff and Chris; and her great grandchild Aubrie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home (415 S Anderson St, Elwood, IN 46036). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
