She was predeceased by: her parents, Isom McIntyre and Myrtle McIntyre (Harvey); her former husband William Baker, Jr.; her husband Thomas Simmons; her daughters, Martha Kay Gustason-Richardson and Judy Blackford; her siblings, Ed McIntyre, Mae Bowen and Pearl Norris; and her grandchildren, Jason Hiday, Timmie Gaiser, Matthew Simmons and Amy Rhoades.
She is survived by: her children, June Baker of Elwood, Ron Baker of Meshoppen, PA, Janice Simmons (Ranny) of Elwood and Barbara Rhoades of Sharpsville; her sisters, Bernice "Blondie" Johnson of Elwood and Ruby Cosby of Elwood; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hiday, Josh Hiday (Sarah), Jacob Hiday, Elizabeth Dye, Holly Gerber (Matt), Travis Rhoades (Missy), Trent Rhoades (Latasha), Tina Gill, Brian Richardson, Robin Richardson, Tony Richardson, Missy Lewis (Chris), John Simmons (Theresa), Mark Gaiser (Sandra), Steve Gaiser (Susan) and Mike Gaiser (Teresa); her great grandchildren, Brandon Hiday (Hailey), Jocelyn Hiday, Donna Hiday, Sadie Hiday, Lucy Hiday, Rose Fougerousse, Lilliath Dye, Vincent Dye, Natalie Gerber, Caleb Gerber, Lauren Lassiter, Jalen Rhoades (Aniston), Dylan Rhoades and Wyatt Rhoades; and her daughter-in-law Teresa King.
