He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Conwell and Marlene R. Conwell (Gardner); his brother Jeffrey D. Conwell; and his niece Amy Ensley. He is survived by: his sister Tamara L. Etchison of Tipton; his close friend Sandra Jones of Elwood; his nephew Sean Romine of Elwood; and his nieces, Katie Carpenter of Tipton and Sarah Carpenter-Simpson (Seth) of Sheridan.
