He is survived by : his wife Tammy Hoover (Beverly); his children, Diana Graham of Elwood, Christopher Devereaux of Texas, Ricky Hoover of Kentucky, Steven Devereaux of Texas, Christina Devereaux of New York and Adrienne Hoover of West Virginia; and his siblings, Michael Haggard of North Carolina, Jason Hoover of Virginia, Rebecca Hoover of Virginia and Melissa Hoover of Virginia.
