He is survived by : his sons, Chris Hawkins of Tipton and Alex Hutchins of Tipton; his siblings, Kathy Murphy of Tipton, Mark Hawkins (Barbara) of Lynwood, WA, Lynn Cunniff (Chris) of Pineville, NC, Lisa Plake of Tipton, Joe Hawkins (Kelly) of Tipton, Rich Hawkins (Paula) of Tipton and Rob Hawkins of Chicago; his sister-in-law Jane Hawkins of Tipton; his grandchildren, Erika Runyon (Molli) of Elwood, Skyler Shafer (Austin) of Tipton and Jessyca Hawkins of Tipton; and his great grandchildren, Andy Runyon of Elwood and Theodore Runyon of Elwood.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to help offset cremation expenses for the family.
