She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rudolph and Elizabeth Rudolph (Hess); her husband Myler Owen; her son Ronnie Young; and her siblings, George Rudolph, Betty Werner and Eleanor Barker.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Neal Owen (Terri) and Mary Ann Eggel (Bobby); her grandchildren, Roxanne, Jennifer, Samantha (Brian) and Savanah; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Dylan and Ysabelle.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel (800 S Hebron Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711).
