He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Cartwright and Rita Cartwright (Egbert); his wife Edna Cartwright (Piper); and his stepdaughter Debbie Proctor. He is survived by: his stepson Steve Proctor (JoAnn) of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Kristie Fisher (Rob) and Josh Proctor (Michele). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
