He is survived by: his former wife Kelly Wells; his daughters, Cynthia Fowler and Christy Johnson; his grandchildren, Jermaine McGuire Jr., Deidreanna Fowler of Evansville and Malina Johnson of Evansville; his daughter Marijanna Barber-DuBois; and his granddaughter Lucy Barber-Dubois of Massachusetts.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1400 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47711).
