He was predeceased by: his grandmother Helen Babb (Granny Mimi); his mother-in-law Ernistine Carlisle; and his brother-in-law Jeff Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stevens; his children, Candi Ashworth (JR), David Stevens (Jamie), Samantha Stevens and Chassidy Winstead; his grandchildren, Kaylin, Dakota, Sean, Nick, Conner, Chase and Scarlett; his pet Emma Jean; his great grandchildren, Serenity, Maddison and Jaxon; and his siblings, Lana Long, Regina Madison, Gail Stewart, Vanessa Everidge, Randy Neal and Rodger Stevens. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunset Funeral Home to assist in funeral expenses.
