With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene F. Smith of Evansville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert G. Kozlowski; and her brother Mark Kozlowski. She is survived by: her mother Clotilda Kozlowski (Will); her husband Gary; her children, Scott Vanover (Michelle) and Amanda Smith; her grandsons, Austin and Tyler Vanover; and her siblings, Cindy Witmeier (Gary), Kathy Daniel (Phil), Joan Hillenbrand (Paul), Chris Young (Dave), Teresa Presley and Danny Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Benedict Cathedral, 1328 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714 and plant a pink geranium in memory of Arlene.
