He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Earl and Louise Marie Evans (Thomas); and his siblings, Mary Alice Leon, Lavada Osborne, Sandy Scraper and Jackie Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Evans; his children, Tina Bowman (Terry), Anthony Evans (Tracy), Kristen Flowers (Rob) and Kevin Evans; his grandchildren, Brent Parker (Billie Jo), Brittany Johnson, Christian Vinson (Kate), Zachary Langford (Abby), Noah Vinson, Chloe Evans, Isaiah Evans and Lydia Garza; and his great grandchildren, Sydnie, Anabelle, Caroline, Graham, Oliver and Violet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in Arnold's honor to the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville.
