He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Miller and Marie Miller (Chivlaire); and his children, Gary Miller and Sandra Daugherty. He is survived by: his fiancée Mary A. Shaw; and his children, Dennis Miller (Tami), Debra Vanover, Pamela Keach and Barbara Richter. He is also survived by grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
