She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Elpers and Emily Elpers (Kockritz); and her siblings, Doris, Alice, Lawrence and Johnny.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Wallace of Littleton, Kenny Wallace (Colleen) of Winfield, Jimmy Wallace (Lisa) of Princeton, Tim Wallace of Thailand, Lori Lewis (Dave) of Greencastle and Chris Wallace of Edison Park, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Barbara Jo Elpers. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel (6300 N First Ave, Evansville, IN 47710). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (6202 W St Joseph Rd, Evansville, IN 47720). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
