She is survived by: her children, Jane Williams (Mark), Tina Diehl (Rock), Pamela Lemberg (Brian), Diana Chaffin, Wendy McCormick, Tammy Hertel (Raymond), Keith McCormick (Peggy), Randy McCormick (Connie) and Kevin McCormick; and her brother Lee Carlisle (Kathy).
