She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Bassett and Dorothy Bassett (McErvane); her husband Edmond J. "EJ" Sperling; and her sister Sharon Luttrell. She is survived by: her sons, Edmond "Johnny" Sperling II (Randa) and George W. "Bill" Sperling (Deana). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
