He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Rolley (Bicknell); his stepchildren, L'Erin Bowlds (Richard), Terrin Twitty Caldwell (David), Lisa Loehrlein and Andrew; and his grandchildren, Hayden Caldwell, Mason Paul Caldwell and Addison Caldwell. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
