He is survived by: his wife Arlinda M. Payne; his children, Marq Coleman (Kim), Marisa Tidwell, Alberta Robinson, Natalie Williams and Delisa Payne; his grandchildren, Unique, Nyree, Joshua, Jazmyne, Christopher, Jack, Nazir, Jayla, Deleah and Delynn; and his brother Thomas "Buck" Payne.
