It is with sadness that the passing of Betty Jean Alsip of Evansville, Indiana is shared. Betty, born on December 14, 1933, passed away on July 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hamer and Catherine Hamer (Downey); her husband Bobby Lee Alsip; her sisters, Janet Klusmeier and Nancy Stevens; and her sister-in-law Peggy Price.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Rickard (Bobby), Bobbie Birchler (Jerry), Cathy Cummings (Don) and Jeff Alsip (Krissie); her grandchildren, Stefanie Simmons (Ryan), Casey Rickard (Matt), Cameron Goedde (Angela), Zach Rickard (Jessica), Melissa Rapolla (Brandon), Katie Rich, Nathan Gutzweiler, Kelci Warford (Jason) and Makenzi Johns (Sam); and her siblings, Judy Hamer, Mary Paradiso, Patty Burghardt, Steve Hamer and John Hamer. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
