He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanine Barron; his mother Marie Haller; and his stepfather Albert Haller. He is survived by: his children, Elisa Moore, Bill Phillips (Robin), Douglas Phillips and Lee Ann Phillips; and his grandchildren, Blane and Heath Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pierre Funeral Home (2601 W Franklin St, Evansville, IN 47712). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
