He was predeceased by: his parents, William E Bishop and Lois (Baxter); and his sisters, Teresa Boyer and Rebecca Montgomery. He is survived by: his friend Bill; his wife Patsy; his sons, Michael and William; his grandchildren, Chase, Chance, Gina, Farrah, Rachel and Gage; and his siblings, Linda Faith, Jenny Westerfield, Debbie Denton and Jerry Bishop. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
