He is survived by: his brothers, Fred Qualkenbush and Chester Qualkenbush; his stepbrother Eric Jones; his grandchildren, Jace, Finley and Brielle Crozier; his stepmother Anita Qualkenbush; his nieces, Brook Qualkenbush and Kaley Qualkenbush; his nephew Braiden Qualkenbush; Brayden Crozier (Peyton). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
