He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Qualkenbush, Jr. and Doris Partridge. He is survived by: his brothers, Fred Qualkenbush and Chester Qualkenbush; his stepbrother Eric Jones; his grandchildren, Jace, Finley and Brielle Crozier; his stepmother Anita Qualkenbush; his siblings' children, Brook Qualkenbush, Kaley Qualkenbush and Braiden Qualkenbush; Brayden Crozier (Peyton). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (919 Willow St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
