He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calvin and L. Ruth Axsom (Prince); his former wife Betty Jean Axsom; and his siblings, Nancy Jo Chambers and David K. Axsom.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Hall (Toby) of Rockport, IN; his fiancée Emma Gilham of Newburgh, IN; and his grandchildren, Jacob Calvin Hall and Jenna Rose Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
