She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Schellhase and Mildred Schellhase (Eaton); her husband John Koehler; and her brothers, James and Robert Lee Schellhase.
She is survived by: her children, Kurt Koehler (Susan) of Mobile, AL and Dr. Karen Zell (John) of Jacksonville, FL; her brother Dr. Daniel Schellhase of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, John Koehler, Robert Koehler and Allie Armbrecht. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
