She was predeceased by: her parents, H. A. "Bill" Spicer and Frieda A. Spicer (Swoboda); her husband Ray; and her godson Jeffrey Scott Minto. She is survived by: her children, Randall Ray Chapman, Sr. (Debbie) of Risley's Printing and Carole Ann Chapman (Ronald L. Schmitz); and her grandchildren, Randall Chapman, Jr. (Stacey) of Owensboro, KY, John Chapman (Jodie) of Haubstadt, IN, Amy Zenthoefer of Mauston, WI and Lori Steele (David) of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.
