She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Carl McCormick and Mary McCormick (Kelly); and her brother Daniel McCormick. She is survived by: her former husband P. Michael Mitchell; her sons, Edward "Ned" Mitchell and Carl Mitchell; her granddaughter Vanessa Seidl; her sister Terry McCormick; and her sister-in-law Carole McCormick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
