She was predeceased by: her husband Preston Donald Phillips. She is survived by: her brother James Rademaker; her children, Lynne Lewis (Terry), Mary Schmelz, Kathy Stover (Joe), Tom Gerleman (Teresa) and Julie Petro; her grandchildren, Alexander Skiles, Elliott Skiles, Shane Provost, Emily Brown, Meredith Schmelz, Miranda Schmelz, Rachael Gerleman, Chelsea Peters, Gaige Pattschull and Jasmine Pattschull; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Brown, Maria Provost, Miguel Provost, Sofia Provost, Catherine Provost, Lucas Provost, Therésè Provost, Ryder Brown, Nash Brown, Preston Skiles, Madison Skiles, Bronx Kasper, London Peters and Sterling Pattschull. She is also survived by great-grandson, and other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul, the Carmelite Monastery, Sts. Mary and John Catholic Parish, or Casa Maria Convent and Retreat House in her memory.
