He is survived by: his wife Becky McBride-Garnett; his daughters, Tami Tooley (Mike) and Heather Reed (Mike); his grandchildren, Noah Tooley, Shelbi Tooley, Charlie Tooley (Viyaleta) and Noah Reed; his great grandchild Ava; and his pet Sissy.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Deaconess Hospice in memory of Skip. 611 Harriet St, Evansville, IN 47710.
