He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley E. Turner and Velma Turner (Harmon); and his siblings, Stanley E. Turner II and Madeline Gantner. He is survived by: his children, Joe Turner and Lorie Turner; and his grandchildren, Justus Turner, Kyndal Huffman and Lexis Humphrey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
