He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Will (Goelzhauser) and Theodore "Ted" Will; his wife Darlene Will (Schmitt); his daughter Sarah Will; and his siblings, Clem Will, David Will, Marilyn Quirk and Rosemary Gesselman.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Will-Payne (Gene), Cynthia Colbert (Larry), Janet Cunningham (David) and Charles E. Will, Jr. (Jane); his grandchildren, Nick Sterczer (Julie), Jimmy Boop, Kevin Colbert (Morgan), Clinton Will (Michelle), Zachary Will (Tiffany), Charley "Anne" Will Griggs (Zack) and Brandi Vincent; and his siblings, Steve Will, Kathleen Libbert, Mildred Brockman, Suzanne Unfried, Donna Wrinkles and Barbara Mattingly. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
