She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Irene (Simpson) and John W. Nelson; her husband John F. Smith; her son John C. Scott Wade; her grandson Jason Raymond Scott Wade; her sisters, Thelma Mae Grimm (Elon "Sonny"), Katherine Eileen "Kat" Masterson (Arthur "Basil") and Margaret Ann "Peggy" Schley (Charles "Bud"); her stepdaughters, Vicki Jean Palmer and Johnna Brown; her stepgranddaughter Jamie Brooks; and her pets, Max and Nikki.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bobbie Rae Wade Susa (Gary) of Evansville and Kristy Diane Shepard (Jay) of Manassas, VA; her daughter-in-law Ronda Wade of Boonville; her stepdaughter Jo Annette Miller; her grandchildren, John Joshua Adam Wade, Joel Christopher Nelson Wade, Amber Nicole Seibert (Aaron), David Christopher Roberts (Ciara), John Austin Shepard (Katie), Caroline Paige Shepard, Lee Jay "Trey" Shepard, III (Caty) and Jacob Christian Shepard; her great grandchildren, Jacob Adam Wade, Tanner Wade, Aiden Christopher Wade, Owen Nicholas Wade, Geovanna Rae Seibert, Callahan Tank Roberts and Charlotte Shepard; and her siblings, John W. "Jay" Nelson (Jeannie) and Victoria L. "Vickie" Jackson (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
