She is survived by: her parent Shirley Blackwell; the mothers of children, Ariel Stone and Phoebe Stone; her significant other Ricky Stone; her siblings, Joesph Smith (Nicole), Angel Stokes, Sheena Stone and Danielle Bolden; and her nieces and nephews, Tinley, Audrey, Jason, Zack, Zander, Bradley, Nicholas, Nathan, Dominic and Chris. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Crystal's memory to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (National Office), an organization close to their hearts.
