He is survived by: his wife Nancy Angermeier (Mayer); his daughters, Sally Primus (Mike), Polly Duff (Cody) and Susanna Angermeier; his stepchildren, Autumn Hastings (Rob), Jeremy Jones (Amber), Sarah Miller (Michael) and Cory Jones; his grandchildren, Madeline, Alice, Amelia Primus, Robyn, Brandon, Harley Hastings, Ashlee, Chloe, Matthew and Harper Jones; and his close friend Dennis Garner.
