He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sparks and Beulah Blake Sparks; his son Jeremy Sparks; and his brothers, Roger and Stephen Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mason Sparks; his son Zachary Sparks (Jenny); his brother Larry Sparks (Judy); and his grandchildren, Christian and Serena Sparks.
