He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Koch (Spencer); his daughters, Tamara Bethe (Rick) of Dunnellon, FL, Rebecca Perry (James) of Utica, KY, Kathleen Kost (Greg) of Elberfeld, IN and Gwendolyn McCoy (Kent) of Lawrenceburg, KY.; his grandchildren, Brandie Claborn (Joe), William Bethe, Dakota Bethe, Emma Bethe, Cole Raven (Stephanie), Bryce Raven, Lucas Kost (Meaghan), Sadie Beard (Shelby), Kaitlin Kost (Blaine), Jake McCoy and Blake McCoy; and his brother Larry Koch (Elaine).
